About ADNH Demolition
This “Boutique” style demolition actually found us in 2022. After completing remediation jobs on higher end homes, those builders coming in once our work was complete, noticed we made a difference with this type of homeowner, had a higher skill with containment and set a precedence for the trades they had coming in after us. We began getting asked if we’d be willing to start doing demo for them for all their remodels, large or small. Realizing there was a need for this niche, we began building relationships with other builders and making a difference for them as well. Ever had a demo team win “best trade” on a remodel? We have! It’s important for us to make you look good from the start. Our commitment to exceptional customer service, safety, customer retention and continued referrals is our priority.

We are IICRC Water, Mold and Fire Certified, so if any problems arise such as an accidental broken pipe causing a water emergency, a dishwasher not hooked up correctly, roof leaks, etc., we are open 24-7, every day of the year to be able to help. Run into growth (mold)? We are mold certified to handle those situations, as well. Plus, we are one of the ONLY remediation companies who do NOT do the build back/renovation.
